The climate in the Tucson area provides a remarkable pleasant combination of ideal temperatures with dry humidity for much of the year. The home is maintained as a "no smoking" and "no pets" home.
Area activities abound, including Catalina State Park, Old Tucson Movie Studio, nationally-known Sonoran Desert Museum, extensive hiking, golf, as well as a variety of community-based activities.
